MESA University Program Scholarship

Scholarship amounts will vary.

Requirements:

1. You must be enrolled in the UCSB MESA (Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement) University Program (MUP)* to be eligible for the MUP Scholarship. 
2. Unofficial Transcripts
3. Resume
4. Financial Aid Letter
5. Professional-like Photo
6. Complete 3 short responses to the following questions:
   1. Describe your current financial need
   2. Describe either a leadership accomplishment and/or academic accomplishment that aligns with your aspirations
   3. Describe how your community has shaped your values and influenced your actions
7. Optional: Letter of recommendation e-mailed by recommender

*If you are not currently enrolled, apply to enroll in the UCSB MUP using the following process:

• Visit https://mesa.my.site.com/s/profile-update
• For Program, select “College/University”
• For MESA Center, select “UC Santa Barbara”
• Proceed to create a new record
• Then select UCSB
